Refund & Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all unused and undamaged floor protection sheets. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition and suitable for resale.

If you would like to initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us with your order details, including your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Please note that custom-cut, modified, or specially altered panels are non-refundable. As these products are made specifically to customer requirements, they cannot be resold or restocked.

We strongly recommend checking all measurements, specifications, and order details carefully before confirming any custom order to ensure the product meets your exact needs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us. Once returned items have been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe depending on your payment provider.
