Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days, with delivery available throughout mainland UK. Delivery times may vary depending on product size, order quantity, and courier availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where applicable.
Trade & Bulk Orders
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Trade, pallet, and bulk purchases may require specialist courier services and could have extended delivery times.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt. While we take every care to package products securely, occasional transit damage may occur. If an issue arises, contact our customer support team with your order number and photographs of the affected items so we can resolve the matter promptly.
